Nature of Service

SeviGo is a private facilitation platform. We assist in preparing and submitting applications to government departments; we are not a government agency and do not guarantee approval outcomes, which rest solely with the relevant department.

Fees

Our facilitation fee is separate from any government fee, which is paid directly to the relevant department and is non-refundable once submitted. Facilitation fees are governed by our Refund Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and genuine documents. Submitting false information may result in application rejection, account suspension, and potential legal consequences under applicable law.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of Liability

SeviGo is not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties arising from government department processing, incorrect information provided by the user, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having exclusive jurisdiction.
